The City of Angels experienced widespread celebrations after the Dodgers clinched a thrilling seven-match World Series championship. Supporters worldwide joined local residents in celebration, marking the first time in 25 years that a franchise has secured back-to-back championships.
Victory Parade Attracts Enormous Turnout
Los Angeles area celebrations featured a downtown parade on Monday morning, a ticketed rally at Dodger Stadium, and spontaneous parties across the city.
Social media videos show thousands of Los Angeles residents flooding downtown streets, many carrying handmade banners and Dodger flags. The team was seen traveling proudly on a double-decker bus through the crowds, hoisting the championship trophy proudly.
