Tehran is willing to reinitiate nuclear negotiations with the United States as long as it is treated with "dignity" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has declared.

Abbas Araghchi declared exclusively dialogue was effective, and revealed recent overtures had come from go-betweens to reopen negotiations with the Trump administration.
